The Goldstein Partnership has designed
a wide variety of residential projects, from custom homes to dormitories
and apartment buildings. Regardless of size or type, each of our residential
designs is a unique response to the preferences of the client and the
characteristics of the site.

"In spite of having worked with
many different architects in the course of my business, I did not
realize the potential of architecture to affect the soul until I
moved into my new house. I consider the design of the house to be
a testament to Eli's genius." |

Individuals often spend more time in their homes than anywhere else. One
of the primary reasons individuals choose to build or modify their homes
is to make them more responsive to their needs. Unerstanding these needs
is therefore crucial. That is why we spend so much of our planning process
asking questions and listening to the answers. Only then do we start to
draw. And, even after we have begun sketching, the collaboration continues.
After all, the primary measure of our success is how happy our clients are
with the completed project.
We pay as much attention to the spaces created outdoors by our buildings
as the spaces enclosed within them. Collaborating with talented Landscape
Architects, we endeavor to integrate each building into the pre-existing
landscape and topography, so that the completed project looks like a natural
extension of them. Our designs celebrate steep slopes, rock outcroppings,
specimen trees, and other distinctive features, and take maximum advantage
of the views of their surroundings.
