We have decades of experience dealing with the entire range of issues unique to public bidding and construction, including bonds, prevailing wages, retainage limitations, subcontractor listings, nonproprietary specifications, and available funds certification. Our fluency with alternative project delivery methods and bidding and scheduling strategies enables us to tailor projects to programmatic, budgetary, and occupancy requirements of our clients. Our facility with building codes and standards enables us to identify the design and construction implications and compare the advantages and disadvantages of multiple design options.
